Advanced processing technology improves gear precision
Through experiments on the cutting process of high-precision, thin, small-module gears, it was found that the process of finish turning the gear sleeve - heat treatment - hobbing - slicing - grinding can meet the stringent requirements of module 0.2mm, pressure angle 20°, number of teeth 80, tooth thickness 0.3mm, gear accuracy below GB/T 6 grade, and gear flatness of 0.005mm.
